Description

In this experiential session, we learn about fears, failures and their role for future successes. We explore the surprising world of our shadows and embrace our experience beyond the imperative of being always successful in everything. Distinguising objectives from dreams, we search for the flow that leads to transcending performance.

Facilitator

A former professional athlete and executive in an oil company, Marc Le Menestrel is a decision scientist who researches and teaches at the intersection of economic and human values.
Associate Professor at University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain), he is also Visiting Professor of Ethics at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).
