As the founder and Managing Director of Orchid Link since 1997, Stephane Benoist has developed trust-based and long lasting relationship with his clients for which he provides high-end business advisory and financial services to help them start or develop their activities in Singapore and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Very much dedicated to the development of his company, Stephane has been successfully building Orchid Link as a reference financial services provider in Singapore as well as an employer of choice for all the people who work with him. This success is driven by the values he embodies: integrity, hardwork, respect and expertise.
Stephane is also involved in voluntary activities; he is a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE) and a member of Rotary International.
Stephane has founded the Dream Business Institute in 2012 with Marc:
"I know Marc since 2000 and our common passion for rock climbing got us closer along the years. Beyond his past as a world-athlete, I found a lot of interest in Marc’s research in Ethics and decision-making. In 2012, I had the great chance to experience, in Jakarta, a Dreaming and Visioning session that Marc held at the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Conference. From there, we developed the intention to offer public dreaming and visioning sessions to allow more people to benefit from that rewarding experience. Together, we launched the Dream Business Institute at the end of 2012 and held our very first open-enrolment Dreaming and Visioning session in March 2013.
Being part of this adventure allows me to discover new domains and to reflect on my own decisions."
